HEAT+N — Take N extra damage per hit
FLOW+N — FLOW generates N times faster
AMP+N — Enemy: deal +N damage, take +N turns to act
CHAOS — Damaged, take +2 next turn
SURGE — Next card played costs 0
TURN STRUCTURE
1. Block clears. Energy refills. Draw 5 cards.
2. Play cards from your hand.
3. End Turn → enemy attacks.
